A Case Report of Congenital Complete Atrioventricular Block with Single Atrium, Single Ventricle and d-TGA

Abstract
In complete AV block electrical communication between the atria and ventricles is completely interrupted. The atria continue to beat at their own rate, while the slower ventricular rhythm is supplied by escape foci in the AV node or the
His-Purkinje
system.
The most common cause of congenital heart block include anatomic cardiac defects and fetal exposure to maternal antibodies related to connective tissue disease.
We had experienced a case of congenital complete atrioventricular block with the symptoms of dyspnea and cyanosis. She had a history of fetal bradycardia and arrhythmia on routine prenatal check. On doppler echcardiography single atrium, single
ventricle and transposition of great vessel were detected.
